Kameo Recruitment is recruiting for a Call Handler to join a Legal Firm based in Central Luton. Our client is looking for 2 representatives to work either 8am – 4pm or 1pm – 9pm. The successful candidate will be answering telephone calls and emails from the external lines. This is a newly created role as the firm is taking on a new Domestic abuse unit which will require the representative to talk to victims and those who require legal support.
Duties & Responsibilities of the Call Handler:
- Handle all external calls and emails from clients and new customers.
- Provide support and assistance to customer queries over the phone.
- Execute a high level of communication skills both written and verbally.
- Provide professional administrative skills when talking to customers and solicitors.
- Be the first point of contact for new customers and people who require legal assistance.
The successful candidate will have experience within customer service or a call centre within any industry. Legal experience is desirable but is not essential for this position.
